The conceptional principles of senior pupils' spiritual selfrealization in teaching-tutorial process of secondary school are investigated in the given work. For the first time it's been presented the practical model of educational establishment where the pedagogical conditions for the development of high spirituality, spiritual culture and senior pupils' spiritual selfrealization were created. Trying to understand the essence of spiritual selfrealization, as a pedagogical category, connected with the spiritual substance of teaching-tutorial process, with the revelation of subjects correlation within tutorial activity, with a School Pedagogical Council capacity to fill senior pupils' school activity and the activity of teachers with positive spiritual energy, spiritual and intellectual efforts, special style of communication in the name of personality. Pedagogical conditions of the effectiveness of process of senior pupils' spiritual selfrealization in the teaching-tutorial process of secondary school are grounded and experimentally checked.
