Serebryak V. The spiritual-moral training of cadets in educational establishments of MIA of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical-methodical foundation and practical model's realization of professional technology of spiritual-moral training of the modern militiamen as dynamic, effective working pedagogical system. The model of professional technology is based and exploited as a unification of "spiritual-moral and extremely psycho-physical environments" and the author's training complex "The kick" which gives the cadets the effect of adaptation in extremal situation. It's recommended the control-psychophysical complex №1 as the universal level of evaluation of effective cadet's spiritual-moral training. Key words: the spiritual-moral training, the spiritual-moral environment, the extremely psycho-physical environments, the pedagogical innovations, the system-harmonious approach, the hierarchical structure of a person, the model of professional technology, the model-standard of firmness of the purpose, the spiritual-moral competence, the artificial ruled environment, the training complex of new generation.
