Dyba O. Pedagogical approaches for organizing leisure activity of the Ukrainian Diaspora children and youth.

On the basis of scientific analysis of philosophical, sociological, culturological sources and methodical synthesis of the pedagogical experience in organizing leisure the theoretical approaches onto the pedagogical aspect of investigating the leisure activity of the Ukrainian Diaspora children and youth have been determined in the dissertation; the specificity of organizing children and youth leisure activity under conditions of inocultural environment has been examined; the role of cultural and educational activity while enthralling children and youth by national culture has been determined; the essence of leisure as an organic component of the Ukrainian Diaspora cultural life at different levels of theoretical generalization -local, glocal, and global - has been analyzed. The theoretical model for organizing leisure activity of the Ukrainian Diaspora children and youth, which is based on the statement about Ukrainian cultural values integration into the inocultural context of recreational and leisure industry of countries, where Ukrainians reside; the ways of this integration have been substantiated; the main aim of pedagogical organization of leisure has been formulated as well as the scope for its realization have been revealed. There were given grounds for pedagogical conditions, invariant pedagogical model for organizing leisure activity of the Ukrainian Diaspora children and youth, technology for creating and application into practice cultural leisure programmes; criteria and indexes diagnostics of their efficiency.
