The theses is devoted to the problem of the senior pupils self-realization in the secondary school educational and pedagogical process. Theoretical basics of the research are highlighted in the theses, the problems of self-actualization, self-realization, self-determination, self-regulation, etc. are analyzed in the context of philosophy, sociology, psychology and pedagogies, the essence of the self-realization process, its structure were defined, levels and criteria of the forming personal and intragroup indicators, stimulating effective senior pupils self-realization are theoretically grounded. Diagnostics and forming experiment programmer and certain techniques have been developed, realization of which defined the scientific results of this research. The practical results of the forming and testing experiment showed that the efficiency of the self-realization process of the senior pupils rises under the condition of its realization in the educational systems "educational and upbringing institution -class - individual development of the each pupil" with the help of active pedagogues, pupils and parents interaction and with the provision unity and integrity of pedagogical conditions (defined by the number of psychological programmer and methodological, organizational, staff conditions). The results of the theses can serve as a base for a research and further studying the important problem of self-realization and creativity. Methodological recommendations regarding to the organization of the pedagogical conditions of the process of senior pupils self-realization and working out the procedures of the psychological and pedagogical research of the state process will help senior pupils, their parents and teachers in their educational and pedagogical activity.
