Object of research : the personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in the process of out-of-class work in the general educational establishment. Subject of research: the content, forms, and methods of the personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in the process of out-of-class work. The purpose of research: to elaborate, to substantiate theoretically and experimentally check up the social-pedagogical conditions for the effective realization of the personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in out-of-class work, among them updating of the contents and organization of the process of personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in out-of-class work; introduction of the active forms of the practical realization of invariants of the personality focused approach to upbringing. Research methods: theoretical, experimental, empirical, statistical. Scientifical novelty: it is defined and grounded theoretically the social-pedagogical conditions for the effective realization of the personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in the process of out-of-class work; grounded and elaborated the structure-logical model and organization-functional structure of the process of the personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in out-of-class work; the creative program of the formation of the person of the senior pupil; grounded theoretically and experimentally checked up the efficacy of the technology of the personality focused upbringing of senior pupils in the process of out-of-class work, which includes the active forms of the practical realization of invariants of the personality focused approach to upbringing; defined of criterions and characterized the model of breeding of the person of the senior pupil in conditions of the personality focused upbringing in the general educational establishment.
