Timchuk L. Organization-pedagogical bases of the Ukrainian education of the adults in Bucovyna (1869-1940).

Object: education of the adults in Bukovine. The purpose of examination: to analyze organizational-pedagogical conditions of development of the Ukrainian education of the adults in Bukovine 1869-1940 years for use of its development in modern andragogics. During examination the following methods were used: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization, ordering of the assembled empirical stuff); chronological (in examination of the basic stages of development of education of the adults in region during the given term); theoretical (analysis of the Ukrainian and foreign literature); examinational-bibliographic (study of archival stuffs); historical (analysis of the backgrounds and tendencies of development of the Ukrainian education of the adults in Bukovine; content-analysis of stuffs of periodicals and archival data; comparative analysis of the educational plans, programs, tutorials. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of examination: for the first time periodization of development of the Ukrainian education of the adults in Bukovine1869-1940 years is developed; its basic tendencies is found; the evolution of the contents and organizational forms of education of the adults in region during examined term is justified; the opportunities of their creative use in modern andragogics are disclosed; into scientific uses is entered little-known works of Bukovinian teachers for examination to a problem and the unknown archival documents. Practical value of work. The findings of investigation is introduced into the contents of educational disciplines "History of pedagogics of Ukraine", „Development of education in Bukovine" (in Chernivtsy national university named by U. Fedkovich); „Andragogics", „History of social work" (in Pedagogical institute of Pricarpatskiy national university named by V. Stefanik); „History of pedagogics" (in Khmelnitskiy gymanitar-pedagogical institute), utilised in lectures on courses of improvement of qualification of the pedagogical workers (in Khmelnitskiy institute of postdiploma education). The stuffs of examination can be utilized in development of disciplines and seminars for the students in high school of a pedagogical structure of different levels of accreditation, workers of cultural-educational establishments, public speeches, during preparation of the educational literature, spelling of magisters works.
