The object of the research is the process of formation of the active labour position of the pupils of 5-11 forms. The subject of the research is pedagogical conditions of formation of the active labour position of the pupils of 5-11 forms in the process of extra-curricular subject transforming activity. The aim of the investigation is to define to substantiate theoretically and to test experimentally pedagogical conditions of effective formation of the pupils' active labour position in the process of extra-curricular subject transforming activity. Methods of the research are: theoretical and empirical methods pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific innovation consists in definition and substantiation of pedagogical conditions of effective formation of the active labour position of the pupils of 5-11 forms is the process of extra-curricular subject transforming activity. Personal centred technology of organization of extra-curricular subject transforming activity was theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested for the first time. Criteria and levels of formation of the pupils' active labour position are determined. Theoretical value of the investigation consists in: conducting theoretical analysis of the concept "active labour position of an individual" as a compound systems creation of an individual its structures and functions are defined - substation of pedagogical model of formation of active labour position of the pupils of basic and senior school in the process of extra-curricular subject transforming activity - giving certain expression to active labour position and giving more precise definition of criteria and levels of formation of active labour position of the pupils. Result may be used by: school headmasters, labour training teachers, teachers-organizers, teachers of circles and workshops, lecturers and students of departments of higher educational establishment of different level of accreditation in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education
