Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problems of teaching process organization in the context of student's creative potential development. Term "creative potential of personality" is specified, theoretical ground of the term and its components accomplished.Essence of teaching process organization for student's creative potential development disclosed. The model of organization of creative teaching process was worked up and experimentally approved. This model contains conceptual semantic and technological parts and is based on modern scientific approaches to creative teaching process organization, curriculum structure modernization and monitoring for level of student's creative potential formation and for level of creative activity of teachers. Criterion apparatus for evaluation of level of creative learning process developed for tracking model's influence on level of student's creative potential rising.In the course of research approved model's effectiveness of teaching process organization in the context ofstudent's creative potential development. Recommendations for worked up model implementation in institute of higher education in and specific conditions are suggested.
