The object of the research-personal experience of high school students as an objective and outcome of self-development in the secondary school educational process. The aim of the reserch - to prove theoreti-cally and chek up experimentally the pedagjgical con-ditions of high school students' personal exprience formation in educational process of secondary school. The methods of study were: theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics. Practical importance of study consists in developing the methodical recommenda-tions on high school students' personal experience formation process for secondary school teachers.
