Ulychniy I. Formation of Potential of Professional Self-improvement of Senior Pupils in Teaching and Educational Process Comprehensive School

Object of research: professional self-determination of learning youth. An object of research: the maintenance and pedagogical means of formation of potential of professional self-improvement of pupils of the senior school. The purpose of research: to prove and experimentally to check up the maintenance and pedagogical means of formation of potential of professional self-improvement of senior pupils in teaching and educational process of a comprehensive school. Methods: theoretical, empirical and experimental. Scientific novelty will be that: for the first time the organizations of vocational counseling given about expediency at the senior school on conditions of pedagogical designing of development of potential of professional self-improvement of senior pupils are received; scientific knowledge of essence, functional structure and specificity of "potential of professional self-improvement of the senior pupil” as driving force of his professional self-determination are expanded; the scientific data on psychological features of professional development of the person by positions actual and potential at professional self-determination of children of younger youthful age are added and specified; have received the further development the maintenance, forms and methods of professional orientation of the class teacher in a modern comprehensive school.
