Essay

Relations of teachers and pupils in educational process of general school of the first stage. To substantiate theoretically and experimentally confirm the stage-by-stage and logical forming of the personally oriented relations in educational process of elementary school. Research methods are theoretical and empiric methods of scientific search. The organizationally functional model of the personally oriented relations of teacher and junior pupils is created; the sequence of the stages of their forming is grounded in theory and experimentally tested. Technologies, innovative methods, educative situations, system of psychological-pedagogical conditions are inculcated. The sphere of use is an educational process of elementary school.
