TThe operation is devoted to search of potential diuretics in series of derivants 2-oxoindolin-3-glioxil of an acid and study of mechanisms of diuretic activity of Aether aethylicus conditionally termed “glioxiren”, which, at a stage screening, has shown the most expressed diuretic activity and least toxicity. On the basis of the leade xperiments the dependence "frame - diuretic activity - activity" in series of derivants 2-oxoindolin-3-glioxil of an acid fixed which depends on quantity (metil or propil of groups) and nature of a radical R: the more quantity, the above diuretic activity. At glioxiren the attendant views of activity are revealed: namely antioxidant, antihipoxant, antiinflammatory and antimicrobial. The mechanisms of diuretic activity glioxiren are bound that, it is an agonist of renal receptors of Dofaminum, brakes a secretion of Aldosteronum and, will activate synthesis of natriuretic hormonum. The introduction glioxiren in a dose of 37,1 мг/kg develops the expressed medical effect attherapy of an experimental chronic glomerulonephritis owing to an oppression inflammatory, appreciable antioxidant and antiradical activity, antimicrobic activity and desintoxication owing to activation of a diuresis.
