Essay

The dissertation research is devoted to the solving of the problem of improving of development of unitary area educational management in contemporary conditions. The actuality of the topic of investigation is explained by the fact that schools in a unitary area have great troubles in the conditions of social and economic changes. On the basis of scientific analysis of the theory and practice of unitary area educational model management the main reasons of trouble existence were identified and the necessity of improving of development of Ukrainian unitary area educational management was grounded. It is determined that for the conceptual identification of the prospects of rural education development, we need to make the social and economical forecast and create the corresponding programme for the economic and social development of unitary area according to its peculiarities. In the dissertation the model of social and pedagogical conditions of improving of development of unitary area educational management in the contemporary stage has been grounded. It is experimentally proved that implementation of the model of social and pedagogical conditions have raised the effectiveness of management activity of the local educational authority at unitary area.
