Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the experimental substantiation of expediency of preventive application of the thiazolidine derivative Les-15 in hypoxic syndrome.During determination of dosage regimen it was experimentally proved that the compound reveals its maximal antihypoxic effect in a dose 82.5 mg/kg in intra-abdominal introduction 48 minutes prior to beginning of pathology modeling. The ability to prevent the formation of extended membrane pathology by means of significant decrease of intensity of generation and accumulation of free radicals and effective regulation of oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis in blood serum and brain tissue of rats with hypoxia of closed space lies in the bases of antihypoxic action of the investigated new thiazolidine derivative. Besides, the protective activity of Les-15 realizes in significant positive influence on the energetic homeostasis by means of preservation of ATP fund and modification of enzymes activity as well as effective correction of metabolic acidosisin conditions of the investigated form of hypoxia The preventive application of the compound leads to preservation of activity of the components of microsomal and mitochondrial electron-transport chains and intensification of adaptive reactions functioning on the stage of biotransport of endotoxins in conditions of hypoxia of closed space
