Essay

The thesis is dedicated to theoretical-experimental investigation of the problem of pupil's conflict competence formation. The essence of pupils' conflict competence, its content and structure were determined. It was proved that the effectiveness of the process of pupils' conflict competence formation is provided under such circumstances as teachers' theoretical-methodical training in realization of pedagogical support which is directed to overcoming of the difficulties in interaction and communication; and gain by pupils of the experience of conduct in conflicts with different participants of pedagogical process (teachers, other pupils). The realization of given pedagogical conditions was provided through the organization of the system of teachers' training in the work in element of pedagogical support and elaboration and inculcation of person-oriented pupils' conflict training technology. The indicators and criteria of pupils' conflict competence formation were proved. The effectiveness of realized pedagogical conditions was proved by the results of the experimental work
