Matyukh S. Improvement of payment of labour in Ukraine on the basis of the wage of experience of European Union countries

Object: models of existent forms and systems of organization of payment of labour in Ukraine and countries of ES. Aim: study of experience of payment of labour in the countries of ES and determination on this basis of directions of reformation of ettlings on macro-, mezo- and microeconomic levels social-labour relations in Ukraine for practical application of radical kinds and forms of stimulation of labour. Methods: historical-economic, functional, sociological; expert estimations; economic-mathematical design. Results: the system of calculation and establishment of permanent size of payment of labour is first developed in between-branch and branch agreements, the conceptual mechanism of management the system of payment of labour is improved in Ukraine on the basis of experience of countries of ES. Use: in-process Winnytsya and Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration, at teaching of disciplines «Economy of labour and socially labour relations», «Stimulations and payment of labour».
