Dubich K. Personal oriented students' training in a socio-cultural environment of higher educational establishment

The thesis deals with a problem of personal oriented student's training as a modern model of individuality's development. Personal oriented approach has been proclaimed a basic tendency of modern pedagogical theory and practice of the educational process in higher school. It is proved, that the role of socio-cultural environment of higher educational establishment is displayed in capability for creation conditions for personal development of every student. The creation of such conditions is caused by a necessity of formation of a new generation of specialists - capable of professional occupation, high cultural level, with developed individual abilities; humane personalities, able to comprehend conceptually and plan their own educational and pedagogical activity, able to take responsibility in making a decision, ability to defend their own position. Moreover, to reach considerable results in training of students' youth is possible by establishing organic and integral educational environment, which is implemented by organized effective pedagogical system, which is realized in extracurricular conditions and gives an opportunity to orientate oneself on individual development.
