3. The integral picture of Pedagogical specialists training for Crimean Tatars' National Schools from the beginning of the 19th till the end of the 20th century is sufficiently depicted from the point of view of modern methodology. Historical, social and pedagogical premises of rising and development of educational establishments which had been training pedagogical staff for Crimean Tatars' National schools of the beginning 19th - end of 20th centuries are revealed; the stages of formation and development of the system of pedagogical education of Crimean Tatars during the period under investigation are pointed. The scientific analysis of activity of State and Confessional Educational Establishments of Crimea which had been training pedagogical specialists for Crimean Tatars' National Schools is done; peculiarities of content, forms and methods of their scientific, practical and educational work are defined. The role and its impact to the development of pedagogical education in the Crimea from 19th tillthe end of 20th century in formation of national system of pedagogical education is stated.
