Research object is higher pedagogical education in Israel. Research purpose – consists in the exposure of essence, historical evolution, factors, genesis, features of the modern becoming, structuring and functioning, and also determination of progress trends of higher pedagogical education of Israel. Research methods: theoretical, empiric, statistical. A scientific novelty and theoretical value of the got results consists in system, methodological, historical and pedagogical, theoretical and practical development of problem of higher pedagogical education in Israel. First higher pedagogical education in Israel became the article of complex research. Basic conceptions of development of higher pedagogical education are specified in Israel and stages, directions of this development. Practical results and novelty consist in development and introduction of concrete methods of study of higher pedagogical education, exposure of his modern state and progress trends. Geared-up and used program of the special course “Higher pedagogical education in Ukraine and abroad: history and contemporaneity”. The article of research is essence, conformities to the law and basic progress trends of the professional pedagogical personnel training in the system of higher education of Israel.
