Essay

Socio-economic relations that arise in the process of paying employees and realize in the corresponding mechanism and its main structural components. A deepening of the theoretical foundations for the nature and structure of the pay mechanism, a determination of ways to improve the market at the level of internal systems and subdivisions and a development of methodical and practical recommendations aimed to the implementation of wage functions, that it has in the market economy. The methods: relatively-economical, economic-statistical and sociological and abstract-logical analysis. The main clauses of the thesis were accomplished up to the level of methodological developments and applied recommendations which to be confirmed by the corresponding certificates. The scientific novelty: the internal structure of the wage mechanism was defined, in particular, such system-block mechanisms were introduced: as organization-economical, motivational, normative, institutional, the causes were identified that ledto a deepening of deformation in the area of wages in Ukraine; - two systemically-related mechanisms of labor reduction: a mechanism of spontaneous reduction during determination of pay levels for different professional skills; a mechanism, which realize using the possibility of a conscious, scientific and professional comparison of the actual levels of qualitative complexity, which have different professional kinds of work as in one profession, and among different professional groups of industrial staff.
