Essay

First the scientifically-pedagogical looks of Gryshchenko M.M. were grounded and systematized, sense and basic directions of his educational and scientifically-pedagogical activity were analyzed and generalized in theory: period in the field of speech pathology education; methodological and research activity; research of problems of history of pedagogics; pedagogical activity of scientist; question of preparation of teachers of high school; administrative activity; problems of organization of independent work of studenys. The periodization of pedagogical activity of scientist is developed and described its' three periods: the first period is searching propaedeutic (1923-1940), the second period is scientifically-pedagogical (1940-1955), the third period is educationally-pedagogical and summerizing (1955-1987). The factors of forming of scientifically-pedagogical world outlook of scientist-teacher are exposed: family education and social surroundings; positive influencing of teaching collective; systemof education, in the conditions of which the personality of Gryshchenko M.M. formed; scientific and educational-pedagogical surroundings; permanent creative self-perfection and independent scientifically-pedagogical searches. Experience of Gryshchenko's activity is generalized, the place of reserve of scientist in Ukrainian pedagogical science and practice was determined in this dissertation.
