Filatova T. "Regulation of the quality of the qualified personnel’s training for industrial region"

Object of research: preparation of qualified personnel for maintenance of reproduction of the qualified labour in industrial region. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on formation of system of regulation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel on the basis of use of means organizational, economic, social and a supply with information. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, and also methods of the complex system analysis of economic events, methods of the comparative analysis, economic-mathematical methods and methods of the mathematical analysis, a method of the statistical analysis, a method of logic generalization. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical approaches on regulation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel, and also development of scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of regulation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel taking into account needs of industrial region. Practical results: consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations on organizational - economic maintenance of regulation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel in view of needs of a regional labour market. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the conceptual approach on regulation of preparation of qualified personnel is offered; the economic-mathematical model of definition of regional needs in qualified personnel is developed; are advanced: theoretical and methodological approaches conserning regulations of preparation of qualified personnel; to structure of a supply with information of system of regulation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel. Have received the further development: conceptual and cathegorial the device of regulation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel; scientific - methodical approaches to an estimation of quality of preparation of qualified personnel in higher educational institutions of region. Degree of introduction: the conclusions received in the dissertation and the recommendation have found practical application in activity of Institute of innovative technologies, Donetsk Regional State Administration, Humanitarian Institute of Donetsk National University, Donetsk Institute of a Railway Transportation of the Ukrainian State Academy of a Railway Transportation, Donetsk university of Economy and low.
