The thesis is dedicated to the problem of humanistic orientation of innovative activity management content in the general education establishments. The main approaches to the school management renovation are defined, the major determinants are specified, and the notion "humanistic bases of innovation management" is introduced in the scientific circulation. The model of innovative process humanistic oriented management in the establishments of general education are theoretically grounded and experimentally checked. The methodology of humanization level diagnostics in the system of intra-school management is worked out. The interdependence of the school management humanization level and the modern school innovative processes are exposed. The humanistic bases of the innovative activity management are defined: the priority of humanistic values in changes prognosing and projection; adaptability, flexibility of organization structures; the democratization of intra-school management (style, character of management); orientation on the co-management, self-management, partnership, interagreement of common ideas and aims; personality oriented approach to the teaching stuff management; humanistic direction of the new intra-school management methods (programming, projection, examination, stimulation, methods of school community structuring and development); person study competence of education manager. The carried experimental investigation evidenced the presence of stable innovative activity management effectiveness level increase tendencies in the context of education management humanistic bases reinforcement.
