Kryshtak I. Organization of Legal Education of Senior Pupils in General Secondary Schools of Ukraine (the second half of the XXth century)

Object - a legal education of senior pupil; goal - on the base of the study, of the systematizations of historian-pedagogical sources, archive document to realize the holistic analysis of pedagogical theory and to generalize the experience of the organizations of the legal education of senior pupil of the general educational institutions of the Ukraine of the under investigation period; methods - relatively-history, historian-structured, retrospective, theoretical analysis, syntheses, comparison, systematization, collation, generalization; novelty - the holistic analysis of the problem of the legal education of senior pupil of Ukraine in the second half of the XXth centuries for the first time is presented; the stages of the formation and developments of the legal education of senior pupil are motivated; the experience of the realization of the directions of the legal education of pupil in the school practical work of the under investigation period is generalised; the prospects of the use the positiveexperience of the legal education of senior pupil in the modern school are determined; results - introduction of conclusions and recommendations into the teaching process; the elaboration of the lecture and seminare-practical works; usage of materials of dissertation during the organization of the future teachers' practice and in the process of the post-graduated education; speciality - General Pedagogic and History of Pedagogic.
