Object of research: process of formation, becoming and development of social and labour relations in sphere in the labour protection. Purpose of research: development of conceptual and legal bases of regulation of social and labour relations in sphere in the labour protection and development of scientific-methodical and scientific-practical recommendations under the contents of sections of a labour protection in collective agreements and agreements of different levels in a context of perfection of contractual regulation of a labour protection. Methods of research: dialectic knowledge, the logic analysis and synthesis, the system approach, statistical, correlation and regression analysis, expert estimations. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and conceptual bases of regulation of social and labour relations in sphere in the labour protection; the conceptual device; recommendations on formations of sections from a labour protection in agreements at different management levels. Novelty: Conceptual and legal bases of development of social and labour relations in sphere in the labour protection; structure and the contents of a social package on questions of a labour protection; recommendations on contractual regulation of a labour protection at all levels of management. Degree of introduction: Secretary of the President of Ukraine, Committee of social policy and labour of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine, the Ministry of labour and social policy of Ukraine, Federation of trade unions of Ukraine, the Ministry of the coal industry of Ukraine. Area of use: bodies of the government and local self-management, trade unions, their bodies, employers and their representatives.
