The problem of multicultural education of secondary comprehensive school pupils in Great Britain are studied in the thesis on the comparative and pedagogical grounds. The author analyzes the ways of development and social and pedagogic peculiarities of multicultural education in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the context of world and European tendentions. The pedagogically supervised process of multicultural education of pupils in Great Britain is investigated on the grounds of integrity of aims, principles, content, forms and methods of realization. The author made the comparative analysis of pedagogical approaches to multicultural education in Ukraine and Great Britain. Recommendations for using the experience of British teachers in the sphere of multicultural education of pupils in Ukrainian schools are given in the thesis.
