Object – the history of the new pedagogy (the end of the XIX– the beginning of the XX-century); Aim- the investigation of the progress of the establishment and development of experimental pedagogy in the developed countries of the West (the end of the XIX – the beginning of the XX – century); Subject – the experimental pedagogy in the developed countries of the West; Methods – concrete and ingratiating (finding, selection, theoretical analyses, actualization, synthesis, classification, generalization of different sources concerning the process of the establishment and development of experimental pedagogy in the developed countries of the West (the end of the XIX – the beginning of the XX- century): - historical and structural (for finding the main tendencies and regularities in content dynamics, for structure and form of experimental and finding work in educational institutions of the West; - chronological (the possibility of finding regularities, the preconditions of establishment and development ofexperimental pedagogy, the contribution of native scientists in the process of development of experimental pedagogy);the method of division into periods (the investigation of qualitative changes in the establishment and development in certain historical frame; - problematic and scientific (the windening of the results based on the received materials for grounding of experience in modern conditions of the development of system of education; Scientific Novelty: - the complex analysis of the background and origin of the development of experimental pedagogy (the end XIX– the beginning of the XX – century) is given for the first time; the division into periods of the establishment and development of experimental pedagogy is given; further development received the differences in experimental search of certain scientists, and definitions of terms; the methods and contents of the experimental pedagogy (the end XIX– the beginning of the XX – century) is represented;the knowledge of certain native scientists and theircontribution in the world pedagogy.
