The work is dedicated to studying of elimination and metabolism of gidazepam and its metabolites from the organism’s of experimental animals. Using the combination of thin-layer chromatography and mass-spectrometry was established the structure of gidazepam and its metabolites. Under in vivo experiments the intensive metabolism of gydazepam, forming the main metabolites – dealkilgydazepam, dealkilhydroxygydazepam and acetylhyrozine were detected. The hydrolytic/lipophylic metabolites were 6:1. By the help of standard methods of inhibition analysis the different CYP450 izoforms, participating N1-dealcylation and C3-hydroxylation were excluded from gydazepams’ metabolism. This can be used for cross influence after concomitant CYP450 inhibitors or inductors administration.
