Sukhovych G. Monitoring of development of the secondary education establishment on the basis of computer technologies

The thesis research is dedicated to the problem of monitoring the development of the institution of secondary education on the basis of computer technologies. As the consequence of the research provided, the essence of the concept of "development of the establishment of secondary education" has been determined as well as the matter of the practical activity of the manager on development of the establishment of secondary education had been evaluated; the models of estimating the activity of the pupil, pedagogic staff, the establishment of secondary education, the influence of the family on the educational process of the pupil, and the program of forecasting the development of the establishment of secondary education have been worked out too. Also the respective methodological recommendations for their implementation have been elaborated. The results of the research proved the fact, that the implementation of the monitoring process of the development of the establishment of secondary education into the activity of the establishments of secondary education provides the positive impact on the development of all the participants of the educational process in particular, and on the educational establishment in general. It makes possible the achievement of its steady growth as the result of improving the management's criteriality and its purposefulness, improving the silks of the manager on taking right decisions under the influence of uncertainty and changeability.
