The thesis is devoted to characterize the condition of systemic inflammation of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) without stable elevation of ST jn ECG by means of laboratory biochemical invetstigation methods, clinical informativity analysis and effect of transmitting therapy on it. The receiving information as a result of examination of 284 patients with CHD (coronary heart disease) indicate occurrence of systemic inflammation: according to available markers the minimal degree of following intensity is intrinsic for patients with stable exertional angina and maximum degree is intrinsic for patients with AMI with elevation of ST segment on ECG. It is determinated that abslute values of inflammation markers index of patients with ACS exceed their level for patients with stable angina. The determination of markers index values of inflammation on the moment of admission of patient with ACS has prognostic meaning
