Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the exposure of tendencies of growth of civil position of students of different higher specialized educational establishments in the conditions of different regions, to creation of methods of civil education and leading of its efficiency in the educational process of higher school. Essence and features of civil education are examined, experience of realization of civil education in practice of general and higher school, the concept of civil position is specified, the theoretical model (structure, components, indexes, criteria) of civil position and methodical base of research of its separate constituents gets further determination. Experimental research results prove the tendencies of forming of students' civil position taking into account the type of preparation and form of ownness of educational establishments, regional factor. Intercommunication is experimentally tested between the indexes of civil position and personality qualities of students. The aggregate of pedagogical terms which influence students' civil position is specified. The program of the special course is created and approved, that allows to take into account and technologically instrument realization of basic terms of forming of civil position of students. Possibility of positive influence on the process of forming of students' civil position in the conditions of educational establishment of private form of ownness is confirmed.
