Essay

The work is dedicated to theoretical and experimental research of the formation of standards in interrelation between teachers and students. In the thesis founded in theory and tested by experiments are the system-forming mechanisms of self-knowledge and self-improvement as integral components of inner culture of an individual and his outer relations. Generalization of teaching experience proves that six levels are distinctly shown in the process of determining separate constituents of cultural background. Four levels are within the so-called "cultural background map", the other two are beyond its limits. The characteristics of the levels, mentioned above reflect the inner features of the subjects of pedagogical process, uniting them in groups based on the accepted "standard". The efficiency of the method "Interrelation Standards" is proved by the results obtained in the experimental group of students. In short period of time (2005/2006 academic year) the students showing the interest in self-knowledgewere able to give up using "bad words" in every day life (12%). It is stated that a teacher who studies self-knowledge system may affect positively the subjects of pedagogical process.
