Verba D. Reproduction workplaces of the enterprise as factor productive employment

The reproduction of workplaces and employment system on domestic enterprises in the modern terms of management. The development of theoretic-methodical bases and practical recommendations on the improvement of enterprise workplaces reproduction regulation as a factor of productive employment. For the estimation of workplaces system reproduction influence on the employment scales and labour productivity the factor analysis methods were used, as well as groupment and variance analysis methods for of workplaces reproduction processes typification. "Working place" is defined as complex of organizational-technical pre-conditions of man labour potential realization, that answers the modern paradigm of employment relations understanding. Four types of reproduction of workplaces are selected according to their influence on workers employment. Procedures of analysis of amount, structure and modes of workplaces use balance with workers quantity and structure, principles and algorithms of the concerted reproduction of workplaces and employment on an enterprise are inculcated. Purview: enterprises of Ukraine, organizations, accountable for development and realization of public policy of employment.
