Essay

The thesis investigates the problem of the integrity of pedagogical conditions of forming in future teachers the values of the personality oriented mode of education by means of artpedagogy. Having analyzed the works of the national and foreign scientists referring to the phenomenon of the personality oriented education it has been defined that the basic values of the given mode are as follows: a human-bieng as the greatest value; personality developing educational scope; subject-subjective educational interaction; freedom of creative cooperation aimed at involving a student into educational process and shaping his or her own personality. The founding idea of the research is that there is direct interdependence between the levels of the student's preparedness for personality-oriented education and the formation of values of the given education mode. The generalizing factor for each of them is a highly developed professional humanistic character of a teacher. Preparedness for practical implementation of the mode under research may be represented by the following components: motivational, cognitive, creatively-active, reflexively-valued.
