Object of research: communication processes in a higher school. The purpose of research: generalization theoretical, development of methodical rules and practical recommendations concerning increase of efficiency of the communications in conditions of development of the market relations at realization of professional orientation in sphere of higher education. Methods of research: the monographic description, logic generalization, synthesis, graphic, questionnaire. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules on increase of efficiency of the communications of educational services by higher educational institutions in region, namely, by definition of efficiency of communication activity of high school are advanced at realization professional orientation of work among the interested audience. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations, are used by Management of education and science Donetskregional state administration, Donetsk state university of management Ministries of education and sciences of Ukraine, Donbass state machine-building academy Ministries of education and sciences of Ukraine, Donetsk branch Private High School „the European university". Scientific novelty: the concept „advertising maintenance of system of the communications in sphere of higher education" is determined, the communication strategy of high school consisting from three blocks is offered: marketing, creative, media. Are advanced: the approach to planning advertising campaign and development of advertising in Internet, to construction of organizational structure of high school on the basis of marketing, methodical approaches to management of efficiency of the communications of a higher educational institution. Have received the further development: Ordering of the basic motives of the graduates of schools at the choice of the future trade and educational level, motives of advantage of a choice of a concrete higher educational institution; concepts "an economic efficiency of advertising" and "an economic efficiency of advertising activity". Sphere of use is the activity of managements on education and science regional state administration; higher educational institutions at organization and realization professional orientation of work; research establishments on a structure of scientific work; higher educational institutions at teaching some of disciplines.
