Popova I. Providing interrelation of labour productivity growth and salary on industrial enterprises

Object of research: growth of productivity of work and wages at the industrial enterprises. The purpose of research: generalization of theoretical rules and development of the practical recommendations on maintenance of interrelation of growth of productivity of work and wages at the industrial enterprises. Methods of research: logic, statistical, correlation-regression of the analysis; economic-mathematical modeling, groupings, comparative, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: is profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules on maintenance of interrelation of growth of productivity of work and wages are advanced in view of the external and internal factors. The theoretical development are lead up to a level of the practical recommendations and are used in activity of senior Management of economy Lugansk regional state administration; Open Joint-stock company "PС "Luganskheatcart"; JV "Ukrvneshtreidinvest"; at teaching a rate of lectures in Eastukrainian national university by name Vladimira Dalja Ministry of education and sciences of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the organizational and economic mechanism of management of growth of productivity of work is developed; the economic-mathematical model of maximization of growth of productivity of work taking into account restrictions on volume of realization, level of the cost price of a unit of production, average wages, profit and volume of means directed on introduction of measures is offered. Are advanced: the approaches to development of strategy of operation of business, to revealing reserves of growth of productivity of work, to definition of changes in wages on the basis of their estimation; the order of an estimation of interrelation of changes of productivity of work and wages. Have received the further development: rules on classification of the factors influencing productivity of work and wages, argument of theoretical dependence both interrelations of productivity of work and wages in modern conditions. Sphere of use is the activity of the Ministry of work and social policy of Ukraine; management's of economy regional state administration; the bodies of local self-management of the industrial enterprises; the research establishments on a structure of scientific work; the higher educational institutions.
