Physical and chemical properties of mineral premix which was produced from glicinates microelements is researched. Also the premix is estimated from hygienic position and the complex action of these connections in organism is indicated. It is confirmed that glicinates of microelements are able to support a high activity of stomach enzymes, liver, pancreas and thin intestine of chickens-broilers of in vitro. Glicinates of microelements mixture had been introduced to the rats of per os that was stimulating of immunology processes intensity. Also it was changing of activity of many pancreas ensimes and mucus shell of duodenum at the permanent values of maintenance of albumen content, glucose and general lipids in blood whey, clinic state indexes and level of microelements in fabrics.The expedience of mineral premix using wich was produced from cooper, zinc, iron, cobalt and manganese glicinates agenst of inorganic connections in the processes of chickens-broilers growing and chickens-laying hens holding is at first proven from scientific position in the thesis.
