Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretic-experimental research of the problem of senior pupils preparation for choosing a pedagogical speciality. The genesis of a professional-pedagogical orientation of senior pupils is researched in the work. The means, forms, methods, the ways of its realization are also ascertained. The content of the definitions "professional orientation interaction", "the readiness of senior pupils for choosing a pedagogical profession" is formulated; the criteria and levels of the senior pupils' readiness for choosing a pedagogical profession are substantiated, its components (motivative, cognitive, practical, creative) are revealed, the ways of diagnostics are suggested. Theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked methodic system of forming the readiness of senior pupils for choosing a pedagogical profession in the common activity of school and higher pedagogical educational establishment as well as a structural model of this interaction is suggested in the thesis. It has been proved that the suggested methodic system of educational institutions interaction increases the level of the schoolleavers' readiness for choosing a pedagogical profession greatly.
