Druzhinina V. Increase of flexibility at local labour market

Object of research: maintenance of employment of the population. The purpose of research: maintenance of a high level of employment of the population on the basis of generalization theoretical, analysis applied and development of methodical rules directed on increase to flexibility of the local market of work. Methods of research: theoretical generalization and comparison; visual-graphic; the system and functional approaches; structural and сorrelation-regresstion the analysis. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules are advanced which are directed on the decision of a problem of employment of the population by increase of flexibility of the local market of work. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete practical offers, which are used by the Executive committee of the Kremenchug urban council; by the Kremenchug urban regional centre of employment; Open Joint-stock company "Kredmach", Open Joint-stock company "the Kremenchug steelmaking factory", in educational process at the Kremenchug state polytechnical university of a name Mihaila Ostrogradskogo Ministries of education and sciences of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: urban policy of labour activity of the population for the first time has received substantial filling. The approaches to revealing features of territorial organization of the local market of work on kinds of economic activity and definition of interaction between a supply and demand in the local market of work are advanced; receptions of the analysis of flexibility of the local market of work, methodical approach to the analysis of wages on a basis the forecasting of average sizes. Have received the further development: concepts "the local market of work", "flexibility of the local market of work"; structurisation of the local markets of work; methodical rules concerning increase of flexibility of the local market of work. Sphere of use is the activity of bodies of the executive authority of the central and regional level, local self-management, centres of employment; the enterprises of different patterns of ownership, research establishments, higher educational institutions.
