Object of research: processes of management motivation and their influence on the labour of personnel of industrial enterprise productivity. Purpose of research: development of economical and mathematical models of processes of management motivation of personnel of enterprise for the increase of efficiency of the system of payment of labour. Methods of research: analysis of the systems and general theory of the systems, economical and mathematical design and economical and dynamics. Results: modern approaches, methods and technologies of management and activity of personnel motivation, are investigational and certainly basic of the modern systems of payment of labour and management motivation of enterprises; conception of design of processes of management motivation of personnel of enterprise is developed; the model of viable control the system by motivation of personnel of enterprise is developed; the models of economical dynamics of factors of production are offered and the terms of effective and proof co-operation of personnel are investigational with other factors of production; the complex of optimization economical and mathematical models of processes of management motivation of personnel of enterprise is developed; the system of payment of labour of enterprise of ZAO "AVK" is improved with offered conception and models.
