Object of research: processes of management of quality of economic objects of PSE. Purpose of re-search: development of complex of economical and mathematical models of processes of management of quality of objects of plumbing-sewage economy (PSE), which will provide the decline of expenses on function-ing and satisfaction of necessities of user in high-quality products. Methods of research: economic analysis; systems approach; operations analysis; eco-nomical and mathematical modeling. Results: concep-tion of design of processes of management of quality of objects of PSE is developed; the simulation model of conduct of users of services of object is developed PSE; a case frame by expenses is developed in the systems of management of quality of object of PSE; got further development formal approach to complex estimation of efficiency of the systems of management of quality of objects of PSE; the structure of the system of support of decision-making is improved in the system of manage-ment of quality of object of PSE.
