Object of research: process of regulation and development of social - labour relations. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical and scientific - methodical bases of development and regulation of social - labour relations in modern economic conditions. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of generalization, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering, a method of the system analysis.Theoretical results: consist in development of a complex of theoretical, scientific - methodical and scientific - practical recommendations concerning definition of directions of increase of efficiency of regulation and development of social - labour relations. Practical results: consist in development of specific proposals and practical recommendations concerning improvement of quality of formation and use of human resources. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the scientific - methodical approach concerning formation of system of alternative administrative decisions in social - labour sphere is developed; it is advanced: structural model of the collective agreement of the enterprise; have received the further development: scientific - methodical approaches concerning a substantiation of base indicators of social - labour sphere of region due to definition of ways of their measurement. Degree of introduction: results of research are used in practical activities of Donetsk regional Department of Trade Unions, National Service of Intermediary and Reconciliation in Donetsk oblast, Open Society "Ukrainian Mountain - Metallurgical Company", and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
