Kovalevska V. Regulation of Labour Force Quality in the System of human Resource Management

Object of research: process of regulation of quality of a labour on state, regional, branch and microlevel. The purpose of dissertational work is deepening of theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of formation of quality of a labour and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning regulation of quality of a labour in a control system of human resources. Research methods: methods of the statistical analysis, a method of the comparative analysis, a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of generalisation, ordering, a method of the system analysis. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of theoretical bases concerning conditions and organizational-economic bases of formation of the is innovative-active expert and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning use approach in vocational training system. Practical results: theoretical results, conclusions and offers which contain in the dissertation, make a basis of continuous improvement of quality of a labour in a control system of human resources at different levels.Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of formation of quality of a labour as compound economic system of the state is developed; working out regional professional orientation programs is offered; are improved: classification of qualities of a labour; the mechanism of regulation of quality of a labour; have received the further development: conceptually-kategorialnyj the device: definition of concepts "quality of a labour" and "management of human resources" is made. Introduction degree: results of research are used in practical activities of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine the sixth convocation, the Donetsk Council, Management of Work and Social Questions of Donetsk City Council, Donetsk State Regional Automobile Educational Combine, Open Society "Donetsk "Metallurgical Plant", and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
