Essay

Object of research: processes of maintenance of users are in a competition environment. Purpose of research: development of methods and frames case the processes of maintenance of users in a competition environment, which render an assistance to the increase of consumer output which is made value. Methods of research: dialectical method of cognition of reality, methods of analysis of the systems in an economy, positions of economic theory, general theory of management, laws of functioning of market economy, theory of competition, marketing, logistic, making a decision, economical and mathematical design. Results: the system model of logistic maintenance of users is developed, the valued-oriented form of activity is offered on the basis of the modified structure of values of commodities and services, the model of organization of implementation of works is developed in time on the criterion of minimization of general term of implementation of works, the heuristic functions of maintenance of users are offered, developed the model of performing the orders of users on the basis of methods of organization of works after a maximum of the added value, according to the planned terms, according to float time, at presence of breaking and limitations in the processes of service, stochastic of operations of service of customers. Novelty: first: the system model of logistic maintenance of users is developed, which presents complex description of level of maintenance of users in a competition environment; improved: valued-oriented form of activity in relation to the grant of services users on the basis of the modified structure of values of commodities and services; got further development: model of organization of implementation of works in time on the criterion of minimization of general term of implementation of works; heuristic functions of maintenance of users; models of performing the orders of users on the basis of methods of organization of works after a maximum of the added value, according to the planned terms, according to float time, at presence of breaking and limitations in the processes of service, stochastic of operations of service of customers.
