Object: processes of functioning of the system of social security of the hired workers in the conditions of market relations. Purpose: improvement of theoretical-methodical principles of forming and development of social security of the hired workers on the basis of realization of principles of social partnership in our country. Methods: comparison, scientific abstractions, historical, economic-mathematical design. Results: author determination of concept "Social security of the hired workers" is first offered, the conceptual going is improved near development of pension insurance of the hired workers. Use: in activity of Main Administration of Labour and Social Defence of Population of Rivne Regional State Administration, in the educational process of the Rivne Institute of the Opened International University of Development of Human "Ukraine".
