Object: social-labour relations between the hired workers, employers and organs of state administration at the regional market of labour. Purpose: ground of theoretical-methodological principles of forming and development of the system of social partnership at the market of labour and development of practical recommendations of effective mechanism to its adjusting at regional level. Methods: taxonomy, codeindexing, trend, simple and combined grouping. Results: the method of determination of efficiency of realization of agreements of social partnership is first developed, systematization of principles and functions of social partnership is improved. Use: in activity of Main Administrations of labour and economy of Volhynia Regional State Administration.
