Khoptiana O. Law upbringing of pupils of the 5-6 forms in the educational process of the boarding schools.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of law upbringing of the pupils of the 5-6 forms of the boarding schools. The entity, contents, specificity of law upbringing of younger teenagers - disciples of boarding schools are exposed in the work, pedagogical conditions of heightening of its effectiveness are grounded and approbated. The entity of the notion "law good breeding" is defined more precisely. The components, criteria and indices of the law good breeding of the pupils of the 5-6 forms of the boarding schools are worked out. It is theoretically grounded and proved experimentally that to the factors which facilitate the effectiveness of law upbringing belong: humanization of the educational process, introduction of continuous integrative law education, application of personally-oriented approach when choosing forms and methods of law upbringing, organic combination of the cognitive, emotionally-value and behavioural components of law civility. The main results of the research found application in the practice of educational work of the boarding schools, can be applied in the educational process of higher pedagogical educational institutions and the system of the post diploma education.
