Essay

The object – psychological structure of practical thinking of instructor of industrial training; the goal – theoretical and empirical proving of practical thinking peculiarities in the process of the professional training and pedagogical experience; methods - theoretical: analysis of scientific literaturec information; empirical: supervision over the instructors’ pedagogical activities, analysis , projecting and modeling, problem situation creation, self-estimation, levelation, mathematical statistics methods; novelty – for the first time it has been made an empirical investigation and theoretical proving of professionally important qualities of industrial training instructors’ practical thinking and there have been defined age, educational and professional peculiarities of industrial training instructors’ practical thinking development in the process of their professional training and professional experience; the thesis results have been implemented at the Institute of Professional Technical Training of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, they have been introduced into the teaching educational process at the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy and at A.Makarenko Kiev Engineering Pedagogical College as well as to the system of improving qualification of vocational training instructors at VTEE in the Kharkiv and Volyn’ regions.
