As a result of the analysis it is set that development of innovative activity on an enterprise must promote the level of marketing activity, increase marketing potential of enterprise, as a result - to provide growth of intellectual capital enterprise. New conception of development of innovative technologies is developed in marketing, their influences on innovative development of enterprise, in basis of which principles of analysis of the systems and synthesis are fixed structurally - the functional stages of management an enterprise, and also drawing on the complex of case the innovative processes of the investigated object frames, that allows to promote efficiency of innovative activity of enterprise. The complex of models of optimization of expenses is developed on advancement with the purpose of maximization of profit. The model of distributing of facilities is improved on an enterprise. The system of support of making decision is developed in relation to the choice of effective strategy of innovative development of enterprise, which is based on principles of scenario management with the use of modern information technologies
