The Object: The management of work quality of the preschool educational establishment; The Goal: to ground and experimentally check up in theory the aggregate of organizational-pedagogical terms of the management of quality work within the preschool educational establishment; The Methods: literature analysis, content-analysis, expert estimation, conversations, products activity analysis, pedagogical experiment; The Novelty: the aggregate of organizational-pedagogical terms of the effective management of work quality within the preschool educational establishment on the basis of the pedagogical collective activity as single command is stated and grounded. The Results: the diagnose method of DNZ work quality management on the different levels of administrative activity is developed, the estimation criteria and indexes of the management of work quality within the preschool educational establishment are stated on the different levels of administrative activity;field – theory and methodology of management education
